We've been doing a lot of this lately! The last 3 Sundays we have hosted our CLG (Community Life Group) from church for a cookout on our rooftop twice, and had our annual Staff Farewell Party cookout as well. The weather is perfect for it these days and we really enjoy being about to use our roof and landlord's grill to host people here. We've had so much fun each time. The whole staff gathering around the "leavers" to pray for them and send them off (even though there are a few weeks to go still.) It is important to say goodbye well in any major transition in life!
